Bio
In 2002, Mrs. McSwain graduated in the top 10 of her class at Northeast Jones High School. She was also named to the Hall of Fame by her teachers. In high school, she was involved in choir, advanced placement and honors courses, and she served as an officer in several clubs. She served as President of the Beta Club her senior year. She was a founding member and president of the Future Educators of America club at NEJ while in high school, as well. She is married to Josh McSwain, PCHS Class of 2000. Her son, Christopher, is a junior at Northeast Jones High School, and her daughter, Sophia, is a sophomore at Perry Central High School. Mrs. McSwain is a proud graduate of Jones County Junior College (2004) and William Carey University (2011, 2015, 2017). She has high expectations of herself and her students. She is a member of First Baptist Church of Runnelstown where she loves to help with the youth group and teaches a class for college and early-career-aged teens/young adults.
